La gentilezza del personale; la colazione a buffet veramente ottima e il design della struttura la piscina non aveva l'acqua abbastanza riscaldata; sono stato a novembre! |

L'hotel ha pienamente rispettato le nostre aspettative. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima posizione, servizi molto buoni. Relax e qualità ne sono le caratteristiche principali. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'isola. Il noleggio di un'auto è fortemente raccomandato. Avremmo apprezzato maggiore animazione specialmente la sera, se si desidera rimanere in hotel |

camere pulite con arredi nuovi e di ottimo gusto, parti comuni con arredi particolari e accoglienti, pasti di ottima qualità. Ben segnalati con cartelli stradali.Camere con vista mare, piscina piccola ma attraente proprio sul mare,solarium con begli arredi.purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte, partiti alle 4,30 abbiamo ricevuto la colazione da asporto. |

Ideal for relaxing holiday . loved the sound of sea every morning and night from bedroom. Juan restaurant manager brilliant with all guests - keep him! Less selection for dinner and better quality. Boiling water for tea at breakfast! |

We stayed at the Vincci hotel for a long weekend and had an amazing time, all the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant was to a good standard and the room lovely and clean. The pool area was lovely and very relaxing. The beds were slightly hard and not that comfortable. |

Amazing room (Junior suite) with stylish furniture, everything looked great, terrace was a bit windy but it was nice to get there in the morning or night and enjoy the breath taking view. Pool and reception area was also very stylish. a bit windy by the pool and reception workers could be a bit more helpful in a 4* hotel |

The situation, room views, swimming-pool. In a general sense, we suggest to reinforce the mantenaince of the instalations. I couldn´t use the gym, although gym has good and modern machines, one of them was out of order but there was not any warning about that. Also, I could not use the free lobby wifi when I needed it to make the on-line check-in for the flight, nevertheless that was made by the person in the reception. |

Location..very convenient to Airport and Golf Courses The beds in the suite were so hard that we had to place blankets under our sheet to get any sleep. Woke very stiff from hard beds. We even upgraded to suite..Hot water for Tea/Coffee in restaurant was never hot enough..Also no massage treatments were available during our stay and I had booked and no one told me that it had been cancelled. |

Good location of the hotel, close to the airport. Convenient room numbers with seaview. Very clean and modern hotel. Food was great and really very tasty. Fish was excellent! It is very windy sometimes and too cold water in the pool. Without animation and different entertainments. |

The staff were excellent and we were very impressed with the hotel. Our suite was lovely with a beautiful view out to sea. The rooms were sound proof and the swimming pool area was lovely, if a bit windy. The spa was also great. It would be nice to have a separate restaurant with an al a carte menu. |

Nice furniture, sea views and balcony. Breakfast was exellent. Terrace to take breakfast has stunning sea views. Internet via laptop costs 5€ per hour or 24€ per day.. |

Location is good - amongst the golf courses. We had a junior suite which was very spacious and all rooms look over the ocean and catch the sun up to around 3pm. Great sun trap. Very relaxing with the sound of the waves. The food was fine. Previous reviews say the food is bad, however, breakfast is extensive. We had dinner in the hotel on our last night and it was fine. The hotel is right by the sea in golf del sur. The booking.com map seems to point you to the right of the industrial site about 5km in land!! Surprised it hasnt been mentioned in previous reviews. The hotel has a sign up to say no food and drink to be taken on to the premises. Whilst it is not inforced at all why bother having it? |

Couldn't fault the Hotel or staff, rooms were excellent with lovely views. Hotel decor very modern with first impression on entering lobby area as very welcoming. A room was made available free of charge for a half hour to freshen up, for all guests who wanted to leave later than the 1200 book out time which was a positive. Good choice of cooked or continental buffet breakfast. If i have to find anything to be negative on i would say tea/coffee making facilties in room would be nice. The Spa was a little pricey also but had a good choice if you wanted to indulge in pampering. |

The hotel was clean and the spa and gym were nice I found the reception staff very unhelpful and found that I had to drag tourist information out of them.they seemed bothered when asked any questions |

Good quality hotel located in a 100% tourist enclave. Better to go to Los Cristianos in the evenings (about 12km distance) if you want some variety. |

Nearly everything was excellent. Pleasant area with easy access from\to airport by taxi (10min), cosy and stylish rooms, nice ocean view, delicious food (but note that dinner drinks are not included in the half-board), helpful and professional staff. Also it should be noted that the hotel is located at the very first coast line (there was error on a map at booking.com) 1. The temperature of wather in poll was a bit low for the wintertime, sould be warmed. 2. The internet connection slow and unstable - forget using Skype or remote desktop - needs to be improved. |
