Ottima rapporto qualità - prezzo, vicinanza col mare, strutture funzionali, ottimo all-inclusive, la prima notte abbiamo avuto una sistemazione in una stanza di scarsa qualità, ma, dopo una lamentela formale, siamo stati spostati il giorno dopo in una camera decisamente migliore |

Il complesso è ben organizzato e esteticamente gradevole, sia per quanto riguarda gli ambienti esterni che quelli interni. Il personale è molto presente e disponibile. La cucina è abbastanza scadente e in più si sarebbero graditi piatti mediterranei più estivi e tradizonali spagnoli. Inoltre è scomodo il fatto di doversi sempre alzare per prendere il bere alle spine comuni, senza avere la possibilità di utilizzare caraffe. |

Hotel was clean and very pretty to look at. Staff were friendly and helpful The food was awful and the same everyday. Not value for money. Said on internet that there was a gym - could not find one! |

Good location of hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel to crowded. To much guests in the hotel. Room was ok but we had a couple of nights no sleep untill 1h30 am because of noise nuisance. Rooms seemed to have bad soundproofing in combination with a lot of guests... |

Nothing at all Most of the staff were un-helpful, the hotel food was a very poor standard, with the same food being served every night. The alcohol from the bar which was free as we were all inclusive seemed very watered down. The appearance of the hotel was not excellent, and the rooms were very basic - the view from our balcony consisted of a dis-used shopping trolley directly below us, and was situated directly opposite a building that was half was through being renovated which we were not advised of. Also there was no hair dryer (which may have been advised on the web page, un-sure), and the room cleaning service often knocked on the door very early in the morning and would continue to do so until we vacated the room. All in all, not very impressed. |

I think the entertainment was very good. The food was alot better then i expected it to be. I do not like the fact that they allow hotel users to book the sun loungers first thing in the morning when they dont actually arrive on the sun lounger until the afternoon. The fact that chips were on the menu every night was a bit silly. |

Convenient location. Lots of traffic noise. We moved out after 3 sleepless nights as we couldn't stand it any longer. |

Clean room and access to snacks almost at all times. The personnell was not very attentive. They promised to take care of ie, reparing a key lock and adjusting the hight of baby cot, however, they never done it. |

our rooms were burgled on our last night along with 9 other rooms -apparently its a regular thing here - no notification of this.felt like there was nobody in authority -hotel ran itself --never stay again here.obviously !!!! staff didnt seem to care -rooms burgled with a key ! no as above -- probably could be fabulous -if updated and taken over by somebody who cares !!! |

The Christmas Day lunch was very appetising and very pleasant in all ways, food, drink and service. The Christmas Eve Gala Dinner was about the worst meal we had during our 5 days. For that privilege we were charged an extra 70 euros per person. The meal was very ordinary, no special menu or extra drinks or entertainment, certainly not worth any extra cost. An explanation of why such a high cost was attributed to the meal would be nice, I know it is a special day for the Spanish, but not for us. |

Bueno la relacion calidad-precio es bastante buena, es bastante tranquilo y el personal es agradable, no te discriminan para nada por ser Español las instalaciones estan anticuadas, el 90% son extranjeros por si eso es un incombeniente, para mi no, el buffet es escaso pero lo que hay esta muy bien cocinado y es de calidad. |

Es ist ein übersichtliches gut gelegenes Hote. Es ist toll, dass der Weg zum Strand so kurz ist. Ich finde es schade, dass wenn man ein Doppelzimmer bucht, kein Doppelbett bekommt. Wenn ich mit meinem Partner Ferien mache, möchte ich nicht in getrennten Betten schlafen. Das war jetzt zum 2. Mal schon so, und das finde ich nicht so toll, besser gesagt, das hat mich gestört. |

proximidade da praia, limpeza dos espaços exteriores ao quarto, jardins e boa piscina alimentação não sendo excelente era boa pagar caução 20€ pelo comando da televisão, cortina anti claridade do quarto não estava montada mas foi resolvido, limpeza do quarto deixava a desejar. |

O sistema de tudo incluído O facto de o quarto ter muita luminosidade e de permitirem k, apesar dos avisos em contrário, as pessoas possam reservar "sunbeds" junto à piscina. Lamentável |

Buffet très correcte; trop de monde pour une petite piscine et un minuscule parking; certaines chambres sans clim d'autres poussives.Ambiance anglaise très club(de foot) une partie des installations en bordure de voie rapide.Voyageur averti passe ton chemin! |
