buon hotel , vantaggio del posteggio, posizione panoramica ,pulizia delle camere , acqua calda a volonta' , camere spaziose , dista 650 m dalla spiaggia , e' un peccato che non fanno ne pranzo ne cena ma lo sapevo in anticipo |

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, in particolare della Sig.ra in Reception. A fronte del prezzo pagato era difficile aspettarsi di più. Stanza piccolissima e corridoi angusti e bui. |

Hotel in posizione panoramica sulla bellissima San Sebastiàn con camere confortevoli e pulite, comoda la piccola piscina per rinfrescarsi dopo essere risaliti dalla spiaggia, ottima la colazione internazionale, disponibile e gentile il personale. E' un pò fuori dal centro città ma per chi non vuole camminare ci sono i bus della linea 16 - Monte Igeldo che passano di frequente. |

Good welcoming breakfast room and tasty breakfast, fridge in room, wifi worked well. Pleasant lounge. Long walk to restaurants if one next door closed and uphill on way back. |

I used fitness room, though small. Pool availabe outside - small but clean, staff helpful and efficient Your breakdown of costs per day per room is not the way final bill is presented. Had tp ask for clarification |

very nice hotel, modern and with good maintenance, very nice dinning room and excellent breakfast. Location a little far from city center, driving is needed to get there and finding parking in the city is very difficult. By chance we found the Martin Center parking. |

Nice hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Location is fine but one should like a healthy short walk uphill so now and then or take the twice an hour city bus service. It was a little noisy (thin walls, tiles on the floor), but we did not mind about that. |

The staff is nice, swimming poll and view as well. Our room was announced as a triple room for three adults but it was a double with extra bed and no space to move at all. It looked like stuffed dormitory. I can't understand how it could even be classified as a double with an extra bed not to say a triple room. |

Pleasant and helpful English-speaking staff at reception. Good breakfast spread. Bit out of the way from centre and a walk for evening meal but nearest hotel down the hill very good value. Plenty of parking on site. Take care if arriving by car. Best drive past entrance which is on a sharp blind corner and turn around 100 metres up round so can enter on way down the hill. |
