Il personale della reception e la direttrice sono stati gentili nel venirci incontro per disguido prenotazione;il bagno era pulito, La cameraq matrimoniale che ci hanno assegnato era una mansarda che non consentiva da una parte del letto di alzarsi in piedi, non aveva il comodino relativo; non vi era un canale satellitare italiano |

ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi, pulizia delle camere, staff disponibile. Arredo modesto, camere piccole, colazione scarsa, prezzi alti in confronto ai servizi dati. |

lo staff la camera era grande ma il bagno molto piccolo il letto rumoroso. per portare le valigie in camera o si entra dalla porta disabili o dovete fare una quindicina di scalini |

Pulito, nuovo, confortevole, silenzioso, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, abbastanza vicino al centro storico e da Piazza Galizia (dove vi lascerà l'autobus della compagnia Freire che effettua il servizio navetta dall'aereoporto a Santiago). Staff disponibile e molto gentile. E' situato nella zona nuova di Santiago ed è anche abbastanza vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. |

staff were extremely helpful and courteous - all spoke English Wi-fi was excellent Tea and snacks provided in evening free V good continental breakfast towels could have been newer! |

clean room, non-smoking hotel ( although I smell cigarette smoke from another room) and the free snacks. Friendly staff and very homey. the sink is very small to place your personal stuff. |

We really liked this hotel. The room was very good-there was even a lock on the bathroom door! The great thing about this place too is the Free Coffee Shop!! My son feared it might be a Hansel and Grettel style trap...we tried not to run them out of cakes. The breakfast is great too. |

This is a lovely place. The service was very friendly and the hotel offered many amenities for the price such as complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks, wifi service and free use of the hotel internet. Very comfortable and clean and in good taste. Minutes walking distance to the center of town. Ive been to 18 cities in 6 weeks and this was probably the best value so far Ive found in Spain. You will have a a very pleasant stay! |

Clean rooms, English speaking staff easlily directed us to a close by parking with agreement with the hotel. breakfast room was to small, had to wait a while for a free table and we where not alone. Staff did all they can to comfort us though. |

Excellent location in the town centre. Just 5-10 minute nice walk from historical centre. Fair breakfast. Very clean bedrooms and modern facilities. Excellent choice. Friendly staff always helpful to customers. Public parking "A Rosa" 30 seconds from hotel door, but stunning 12.80 euros per day. Honestly, extremely hot in rooms. Hotel staff controls temperature of rooms from reception and they do not turn it down or off, simply. The rooms are a little bit narrow and that means there isn't enough space in the air for so much heat. You need to stay without clothes in the room if you just want to be there. |
