camera ampia e confortevole, bella terrazza bar e ristorante molto cari e con poca scelta.nessun menu' per bambini.niente piscina per essere un 5 stelle.camera con finestra ma impossibile da aprire, per via del forte odore di fumo.si fuma dapperrutto!! |

Il personale della reception e di guardia all'entrata sempre molto cortese e la stanza da bagno molto accogliente a voler trovare il pelo nell'uovo c'è' troppa moquette nelle stanze per i miei gusti e tra l'altro rovinata in alcuni punti. La domenica sera il bar chiude troppo presto per un cinque stelle |

We liked our friendly reception after a difficult drive through Bilbao. We found the Cafe excellent with a particularly good Waiter who was very good . The rooms were very comfortable. We had a difficult reception with the car as the attitude was that we will drive the car or look after yourself. The car has named drivers. However, the Porter found us an excellent spot outside the Hotel. |

The hotel room was extremely well appointed and contains everything that was received for an excellent stay. But the highlight of the stay was the superb breakfast taken on the roof top resturant overloking the Guggenheim museum! The choice and service was second to none and it was one of the best breakfast experiences we had ever had. |

This has to be one of the best hotels in Europe - even in the Café, one could eat different meals for a week and not need to have the same dish again. The staff are friendly and really first-class. |
