vista panoramica e l'effettiva piacevolezza del luogo anche se per arrivare in città era necessaria una passeggiata di 20 minuti. raggiungibile a piedi.

essere rincorsi per reclamare il pagamento del soggiorno saldato la sera precedente!!!! Scarsa informazione sui mezzi pubblici per arrivare in città.

Di questo hotel ho apprezzato praticamente tutto: posizione, panorama, architettura, arredamenti: tutto è ben rifinito in ogni minimo particolare nel rispetto dell'ambiente e della architettura tipica locale. E' veramente stupendo.

Per questo hotel è veramente difficile trovare qualcosa che non va: è semplicemente bellissimo. Complimenti a chi lo ha progettato, a chi lo ha voluto e a chi lo gestisce.

This was a very pleasant Hotel with good staff,The rooms all overlook the city with a balcony big enough for 2 seated. An interesting Hotel far removed from your normal standard anywhere in the world format.

Smoking allowed in the restaurant.

Helpfulness of staff and cleanliness of facilities and room

The location was perfect, and the hotel was very nicely done and laidout. Everything was very clean. The food from the hotel restaurant was excellent - both lunch and dinner.

The only polite person we met during our total stay was the waiter in the restaurant!! Everyone else who worked in that hotel failed to say hello, or even acknowledge that we existed - including the Manager or Owner - they all made a special point of ignoring us when we passed by!!

the staff were incredibly friendly the views amazing- opposite the old city of Toledo- which you could walk to beautifully clean pool and terrace and both nights we ate in the hotel- try the venison or the steak and a mix of starters- fantastic- and wonderfully cheap!!!!!rooms both had terrcaes- rustic style- should be 4 star!

The hotel was an easy 10 minute walk to the entrance to the city with a moderate incline on the way back. Great city views, clean room, excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly, however they did not have any information on the area so you are your own concierge. Nice pool area. Very quiet, we enjoyed the view and the quiet time together on our balcony. Secured parking was a big plus. Easy to maneuver our SUV to the hotel and did not have to worry about driving the narrow streets of Toledo.

It was difficult to cross the busy street from the hotel (tucked away in what appeared to be an alley). A cross walk would be safer. We would have stayed longer if the hotel had information on the city, the area, day trips, etc.
