l'unica parte decente e rispettosa di 5 stelle è la reception. il resto dell'albergo è invivibile per limiti strutturali e funzionali. la quasi totale impossibilità di fruire degli spazi esterni. eccetto una piccola e recintata (!!!) piscina, il resto del verde lo si può solo guardare dai vetri che sono disposti ovunque a chiusura. |

La posizione splendida, con vista bellissima sulla città, sia dalla camera che dallo spazio piscina, il comfort della stanza, l'eleganza degli spazi comuni, la pulizia, la cura del verde. L'hotel un po' fuori città e il personale non aveva informazioni chiare riguardo possibili servizi (se non quello di taxi), per raggiungere il centro. Abbiamo poi visto che c'è a qualche centinaio di mt dall'hotel la fermata di un autobus (uno ogni ora fino alle 21) che arriva su una piazza centralissima. |

Extremely comfortable hotel providing spacious & luxurious accomodation. Staff were very friendly & helpful although did not test dining facilities during overnight stay. Car parking secure & plentiful. Free internet access in room. Superb views overlooking Toledo. A little difficult to find & not within walking distance of beautiful Toledo however only a 10 min taxi/ drive away. |

our room, the views, the food..I woulkd like the reciepe for the pepper starter, we both loved it. I found this hotel on line and was impressed and was surprised that it was better than the pictures. We enjoyed our private balconey with a glass of wine. We would go back it a minute. Toledo is a beautiful place, many thanks for a great stay, Therese Daly We did not mind the walk to the old section at all, some of the reviews I read were misleading. It´s a nice fifteen minute walk. |

The food was amazing and the room was superb. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was the best we have stayed in yet!!!! Viewed from outside the new wing looks a bit modern and bland but once inside (front entrance is very imposing and historic) all was fabulous. |

the room, the view at toledo, the bathroom, everything! don't choose the 1nd floor because they have connected rooms and are very noisy. the best floor is the 0 in the ground field. |

Easy access by car, lot of free parking. Very nice interior decor and exterior landscaping. The room is very comfortable. Fabolous view of historical Toledo, even though the Alcazar cannot be seen as well as most of the cathedral. The walk to the historical city is a little lengthy. We used the car to reach the nearby pedestrian bridge. We were disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed even though it was only the end of September. |

Everything was very nice: large balcony, view to the historic centre, garden, rabbit in the garden))), staff was very polite and helpfull. Room was simple, but nice. Internet is free of charge. It took 5-10 vinuts by taxi to reach the centre. |

i thought the room was a great size and the pool area was relaxing and quiet. the staff were not very helpful when we asked questions about places to visit or restaurants to eat in. |

The location was quiet and relaxing with a great view of the city. Breakfast was very good. It was easy to check out the historic area of the city via a quick drive and free parking around the outside of the wall, or the long-ish walk. There was a large group staying in the suite near us during our visit and they were loud for an hour or 2 in the middle of the night. |

Fantastic hotel with a fabulous view over Toledo. The room is spacious and the bathroom has separate shower and bath tube. Each room has a veranda with chairs were you can relax over viewing the city. The hotel is located just one or two minutes from Toledo (car is mandatory). The pool is small but also with view over the city. Internet is free. |

althoug a little bit worn down it is still a nice hotel. grate views from the rooms. large rooms and beds. excellent bathroom. the restaurant is quite small so make a reservation if you want to dine at the hotel. |

Staff is very friendly Rooms were not very clean, curtains and duvet old. The air conditioning did not work in the main glass corridors and considering it was 32C outside, the heat was unbearable |
