Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel is the place to stay. It's clean, well-appointed, and has comfy beds. The location, the parking and the price is also pretty good.

A modern hotel block with around 30 floors of self-serviced apartments. Rooms were very modern if a little spartan. Some have beautiful views over the river. Staff was very accommodating when they were present.

Extremely comfortable and spacious apartment, brilliantly located, with a lovely view over Musgrave Park. Absolutely wonderful staff, easy check in and check out, great communication and super helpful when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay. For self-catering the apartment had most of what we needed. We particularly appreciated the dishwasher, and washer/dryer. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location in the city close to restaurants and amenities. Staff super friendly and helpful and luggage storage available before and after stay. Apartment has all the basics you'd expect to allow simple self catering. Staff were able provide us champagne glasses on request and promptly changed out a toaster that wasn't working. Beds and pillows comfortable with clean crisp linen. Two bedrooms with king beds were separated by living area so private. Enclosed sunroom/balcony is huge.

Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane is conveniently located in the city. A short walk to both Queen Street and Southbank make it a great choice for first time visitors to the city. PLENTY of food options around the hotel, you certainly will not go hungry. Big plus for us is the bed we had was rather firm, aided in a great night's sleep.
