Friendly and helpful staff, super clean and comfortable rooms (beds were excellent, AC worked perfectly, bathroom and kitchen was sufficiently equipped and functional). The restaurant downstairs had good food, staff was always friendly and so cheerful. We had breakfast included which was very convenient. The menu was plenty and diverse with fresh fruit and juices, greek yoghurt and much more to choose from. The bar at the pool offered food and drinks and the pool area was never too busy (as off traveling in September). The location was good as bus stops, restaurants, shops and beaches were nearby. However, it also got pretty busy at night and music was playing, though „bed time“ started at midnight which was fine for us. Prices for everything were fair and never too high. We had a great time. A 9.5* family place! Very cozy place with nice pool and bar. The host was excellent! was glad to meet Socrates who was really helpful - also his family and his father with whom we had some nice morning conversation. The english breakfast was delicious with large chunks of bacon and great choice of coffee. Very highly recommended family place with warm hosts.

We had perfect days at Aktis Dimis and would definetly recommend the hotel to anyone! The location is perfect, only a few meters from Tigaki Beach. The staff is a highlight of the hotel, everyone is incredibly nice and ready to help with anything. We were very happy to have chosen the hotel and already looking forwarrd to come back!

A fantastic property which was perfect for our holiday. The staff from the beginning were really helpful and friendly and we felt very welcome and well looked after during our stay. The location is perfect. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to supermarket and local bakery. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and the pool and snack bar was really convenient. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

The ILIOS K Hotel has a great location: 20 min from the airport (by taxi), 20 min to the beach on foot or 5 min by hotel's shuttle bus, 15-20 min to Kos town by regular island bus. We didn't plan to rent any vehicle to move around, so we were very happy to use public transport, which was very comfortable! The hotel is quite cozy, with two pools and two bars, offering an all-inclusive option. The room is spacious enough, has a balcony and an air-conditioner (ours was working without any problems). The food is delicious and various! A huge thanks to the friendly staff and their willingness to help and answer all questions :) We had a great time and would totally recommend staying at Ilios K Hotel!

I was the third time this year in this hotel. Like i wrote about the first stay this year i was very pleased to be there. NIce atmosphere arround the hotel. Very quiet, a little bit outside the busy city .But dont worry only some steps to supermarket ,bars and restaurants.The stuff is absolutely friendly . Nice view from the balcony to the hills,the saltlake and the sea.So beautiful start the day in the nice pool. The garden arround the pool is beautiful too.All in a very relaxed atmosphere. At last in the high season !!!!! The room was cleaned every day,thank you to the kind ladies. If you want to know more read my first comment. I will come next year again. The stay at the hotel was pleasant from the very beginning. Great communication with the staff. Delicious food, we liked the opportunity to buy delicious dinners for 15 euros (two-course with dessert and salad). Although we paid for a regular room we got the biggest suite. I recommend to anyone, including families with children.
