The place has a great location, you can visit all the Salento area and enjoy all the magnificent beaches. Also, near by you can enjoy really good restaurants for each paladar. The town of Presicce Acquarica also offers different seasonal events that you can participate for free in much of them. The personal of the residence are kind and helpful. They are going to treat you as a family. At the place you can get a good and variety breakfast every morning. Also you can get peace and relaxation. Just take your bags and visit this wonderful place you won't regret it. The South of Italy is full in history and cultural sightseeing that you can't miss it. I want to coming back anytime soon. I really enjoyed my stay at Residence Contrata Schite. I'm happy 😊

The four units that comprise La Corte are huddled together around a small central courtyard through which the rooftop that houses clothes-washing facilities is accessed. The units have beautiful shaded patios facing outwards to three different sides of the garden, and offer a great amount of privacy. The patios are furnished tastefully and comfortably (like the interior) and, if you visit in warm weather, are what makes these units really special. The owner, Patrizia, manages the property directly and is often on site (and, when not, will most likely answer your queries remotely with lightning speed). She and her husband also own and manage a large olive orchard where the houses are embedded, made of trees of the Leccino variety, which is resistant to the bacterial pest, Xylella, that has affected trees in Salento. So you will be able to buy the delicious olive oil, and a few other home-grown delicacies, from Patrizia in the little shop that she keeps on site at reception. The houses are located about halfway between Torre Vado and Morciano, so you will be minutes away by car from several shops and restaurants, immersed in a relatively quiet area. Our house had a double bedroom and a living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, which for us was great as we were able to fit in four people. The rooms are on the small side but this would really be an issue only for a winter stay: in the summer the patio gives you the extra room you need. We had the space we needed for the four of us, and had several home-cooked dinners out in the patio from the well-equipped small kitchen. We visited daily the amazing beaches stretching from Torre Vado northwards, and also visited frequently in the evening the beautiful towns nearby, including Leuca, Otranto and Tricase. The location is just superb, and Patrizia made our holiday really special for us, telling us everything we needed to know about the area. Just perfect, we hope to return soon!

Nice, quite, clean, good position to visit nearby beach towns. Walking distance to the town center and bars. Excellent customer service with Katia always available for any inquiry you may have before and during your staying. Place strongly recommended if you are looking for a strategic position in Salento!

The place is simply amazing! The staff was really friendly and they made our stay very comfortable. Outstanding food for both breakfast and dinner. Room clean and with all the necessary comforts. Not too far from the beach, you can easily walk yourself there and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. If you don't want to walk there is a swimming pool in the resort. Worth for money!
