Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was nice and clean, could do with few updates though (e.g having a better quality TV, few extra channels in other languages, kettle)

Hotelli sijaitsi kauniilla ja rauhallisella paikalla. Saimme paremman huoneen, kuin varauksessamme ja se toimi meille hienosti. Huoneessa oli pieni keittiö ja tilava suihku. Auton sai parvekkeen alle kadulle. Ricardo vastaanotossa oli mukava ja altaalla juttelin myös mukavan ja avuliaan työntekijän kanssa. Lakanat tuoksuivat ihanilta ja huoneessa oli suuri vesipullo meille lahjaksi tullessamme. Kaikki oli puhdasta ja siistiä. Minusta oli juuri sopiva patja ja tyyny.

Lovely property, very comfortable and spacious. Had all we needed.. Nice pool too. Quiet location, the supermarket and the beach are close. Great communication. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this apartment. 😀

Fantastic staff. Nothing was ever an issue. They were kind, informative and friendly. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Pool area really clean. Bar had different entertainment on each evenings. Nice little pool table for some evening games. Snack bar by the pool had the usual burgers pizza and breakfast items, which were great for a quick bite for lunch. They also had a good range of cocktails and beers. The cabana beds are a must rent for the day! So comfortable. Restaurants minutes from the hotel were very good and had lots of choice. 15 min walk to a beach and 5 min walk to a shop and 10 min walk to a supermarket. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. Will definitely return.

We arrived late due to flight delay and received the warmest of welcomes from a lovely lady. Due to our late arrival she had left a small welcome pack of food for us which was absolutely lovely. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony, part of which overlooks the pool, and it has 2 sets of small tables and chairs on the balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen has the basics to cook for yourself, and there is a supermarket very close (3 minutes walk) and lots of bars / restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Due to its elevated location, this apartment is extremely quiet and yet so close to all facilities. The town centre and beach at olhos de Agua can be reached very quickly by a flight of steps at the bottom of the road. I can highly recommend this apartment.....the best and most lovely welcome, great communication throughout, spotlessly clean, a fantastic location, great pool and lovely beaches, all within walking distance. You will not be disappointed if you book this apartment :-)

When i booked the hotel, i was really excited seeing all the pictures and the views from the room... but i tried not to get my hopes up. Well, once we got there, the apartment exceeded all my expectations: it is big, spacious, AC works great, the views are breathtaking, the pools are really nice. There is a bar/restaurant by the pool that has great prices, so we did not bother to make breakfast or coffee in the room. There is free parking provided by the hotel There are laundry services at the reception ( for a small fee you can use the washer and dryer, and their laundry detergent) the beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel; same with all restaurants and bars. The staff is really nice and helpful.
