The apartment was very clean. The village/small town of Bellver De Cerdania is a quiet place, with nice people, nice shops of all sorts and supermarkets. People are living their lives there - not just servicing tourists (as opposed to Baga, which we visited once), so I would recommend Bellver De Cerdania very much (with one important caveat - the road south through the tunnel (under the Cadi and Moixero ranges) costs EU 12.64 in each direction - so keep this in mind because many of the trails require going through the tunnel). The host was extremely helpful and caring. All in all - great experience.
