The hotel room was huge, which is important for our family. It's like an apartment. We arrived after a midnight (reception does not work so late), but hotel personnel arranged everything, so we did not have any problems to access the room. Great flexibility and customer-oriented approach! The hotel does not have their own parking, but they have a discount for their guests in the closest underground parking.

I liked everything, it was perfect and definetely exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and nice, the place was very spacious, clean and cosy. We had a living room , a well equiped kitchen, a spacious bathroom , a beautiful bedroom , a little balcony and a little terrace. We traveled by bycicles from Romania- Serbia- Croatia- Slovenia - Italy. Although they didn t know that we will come with bicycles or the arrival time, they welcomed us really nice and warm and find very fast a space to safely let our bikes over night. Trieste is really beautiful by night. The apartmant was very close to the city center so when we arrived , we went for a walk to see the surroundings and the sea. Next day we also took our bycicles and went for a ride into the city and forgot about time. The check out should be at 10 am , but we delayed it with one hour and there was no problem. Everybody was nice to us , they were enjoying talking to us. They are the kind of people that will always find a solution. We recommend it 100%.

The hot tub was large, comfortable and easy to use and the large windows let you enjoy at the max the gorgeous view. The room itself was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Waking up with the light of the sunrise on the lake is priceless. Another strength of this hotel is how kind everyone was - it really made us feel important! If you have time, make time to dine at the restaurant Oro Nero (I believe they're partners but different owners): totally worth the extra dime. Tip: go during daylight not to miss out on the amazing view. It was the best first wedding anniversary for us and we hope we'll get to come back every year!
