Everything was absolutely magnificent. In addition to the phenomenal accommodations, the greatest asset of the property was the host herself. Anja is the nicest, sweetest most capable person, whose primary interest in making sure that everything and everyone is exactly as it is supposed to be for maximum enjoyment.

Just got home and already missing the sound of the waves gently rolling up the beach and waking to sun rise across the sea with daily breakfast on the balcony…lovely location! Veneziola is right at the top of the strip and quiet off-season but I can imagine it coming to life in Summer! There were still a few cafes, restaurants, grocery shop in walking distance. We preferred the beach on Mar Menor side so walked a few minutes there often. Good having the car to get around - it’s about half an hour to hit the mainland - having underground parking was handy. The apartment had everything we needed - towels, hairdryer, kettle - all very clean and well laid out. Finally, Miguel our host was a star, providing wonderful recommendations on what to do and where to go :)

La Manga and the flat exceeded my expectations by a large margin. There's a supermarket across the road and a few places to eat.
