Wow! Was so impressed by Palm Star. Walking into reception you get instant Ibiza boho vibes. The downstairs area is beautiful. A lot of attention to detail around the pool area, the DJ during the day makes it the perfect place to sip cocktails in the sun or wind down after a heavy one the night before. The staff were all really lovely. Location is perfect, just outside the busy strip of San Antonio so you’re away from the hustle and bustle but just a far enough walk away that you can still go and enjoy the atmosphere. I rarely stay in hotels more than once as I like trying different places but I would most definitely stay here again.

the apartment was very clean, and much bigger than I expected! The swimming pool was very nice and the small bar of the hotel served us excellent breakfasts, for not very expensive! Muchas gracias !!

First, the staff are so nice and very attentive. Fernando and Ava at the desk could not have been more professional and kind. The pool staff and breakfast crew were also terrific (shout outs to Johnnie and Alfonso). I very much liked the apartment idea, it made the property feel like home for a week.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great by the sea with beautiful see views if you choose a sea view room. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The food and drinks were very good. The pool was clean and fun to use. Never had a problem finding a seat by the pool.
