We stayed at a beautifully recently renovated 2-bedroom house. Cosy living/dining room and outside lounge/dining area. Very comfortable double beds. Well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. Everything tidy and clean. Quiet surroundings. Perfect location to explore the (wider) area in all directions, within reasonable driving distance. Very sympathetic and helpful hosts, who gave several insider tips on amazing places to see and things to do, which we probably would not have found in any tourist guides. Truly a home away from home!

This property is probably the best we have ever stayed in, its amazing!! The host Phillipe is a lovely kind and helpful man, who let us have full access to all you see on our pictures, the ones on booking.com don't do it justice. The views on a day and at sunset are incredible. The bedroom on the mezzanine floor is small and has a low ceiling, but its no problem at all. The room has all you need for self catering There is no kettle or oven, but you do have an electric stove, microwave and coffee machine along with all other necessities The property itself is set high up in Aix 2.4km from the centre, which is walkable via a rocky path for the first 200m A taxi from the centre costs 15 Euro The centre itself has a great nightlife with hundreds of restaurants and bars You 100% need a car to get the full benefit out of the area and to see things. Yes the pool is quite cold, but i dont see how thats any issue as people have said before, as its an open air pool so what would they expect. Overall this property is simply WOW and the price you pay is so cheap for what you get. If we ever come to Aix again, we would return without hesitation. For anybody who looks at the place, then dont just look but book it, you will be so happy you did!!

Very spacious and has a kitchenette which means we could cook our own meal. the private parking was a bonus as we felt safe leaving our car and always could park within a few metres of the building door. public transport gets you to Aix centre in no time at all and you can leave your car in the private parking and avoid hassle trying to park in the busy city.

We had a wonderful stay at Valerie’s place. The apartment is in a quiet residential area but it is a short drive to the centre of Aix. We could take a walk but it was too hot. The apartment has everything you need. It was very clean and everything was new. And we had our own small garden to relax and take some sun. Valerie was very helpful and hospitable. We were greeted with a bottle of wine. Valerie gave us really good recommendations where to eat and shop. And we always got a quick response we had a question. We hope to come back again!
