Everything is excelent at Sole A Mare. In this holiday i was not interested about distance to the beach. For me it was excelent location. The owner is one of the most hospitable persons i have ever met. Near by there are good restaurants and shops. The room is also equipped with a small kitchen area, perfect to make a cup of coffe in the morning.

The hotel has a very good location - very close to the beach. You can leave your car in front of it as there are many parking spaces on the street. The hotel is made with quality materials and with the customers' comfort in mind. The window's insulation is very good and once you close them, you don't hear the traffic noise. You can also have a good night's sleep as there are rolling blinds that help keep the sun away. The breakfast is served in the room and it has a very good variety - every day it's something fresh and different. The staff is very polite and responds well to requests. Overall we had a very good stay at the hotel and I recommend it for a good stay at Neos Marmaras.

It was a truly private experience. Like we had stayed in our home. The place had everything you may need and more. Cleanliness was exceptional. The surroundings was very peaceful, situated in the middle of a vineyard. We are planning our next stay here!

Peaceful. No noise. Great big balcony with sea view and perfect sunsets. The kitchen is on the balcony so cooking was pleasant. Hosts are very kind and discrete. Location ideal - close to many wonderful beaches (minutes away by car) and the beach in front of the house was a huge bonus. Host even offered us umbrellas and sun beds/chairs that we could use at the beach (even though we did not need them). At just a few minutes drive you can find anything you need. The garden is very well kept, with great attention to detail. You can sense it is a family business by how homey it is. Maria was lovely :) Thank you, Maria!

The best part was the quiet and beautiful private beach, which we had free access to. It was an idyllic and rejuvenating getaway. Highly recommended!

The terrace is a dream and a small beach is only a minute away. You can park your car right in front of the house. Margarita is a wonderful host and always available. She also cleaned the entire apartment once during our stay and changed towels etc. The internet is good and you can video call with a larger group. Maybe one notice: the access to the apartment is not barrier-free .
