Anna, our host was super helpful, communicative, flexible and welcoming. She gave us the keys on the arrival and showed us the place and parking. The apartment is very specious and newly renovated. Kitchen was fully equipped (very much like at home, we did not miss a single kitchen tool) + they have a dishwasher & washing machine, also handy vacuum for sandy floor. Mosquito nets on all windows... Location is perhaps more suitable when you arrive with car or moped, the apartment is part of the residential building so you can be greeted by some local people which was also nice. From the flat it take literally 12 minutes (by car) to go anywhere on the island and also don't miss the trip to Caprerra. As for Caprerra - Spiaggia di Cala Coticcio - please note that a visit to this beach needs to be pre-booked with a local mountain/park guide (you can't just go there on your own). All-in-all - we enjoyed our stay & we would not hesitate to go back to LA Pavoncella. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at La Maddalena and the apartment was great. It had everything you need for preparing meals at home and it was very well planned. It was also very nice to have an aircon when it's hot outside and it worked very well. The apartment is situated in a perfect spot and it has its own parking lot which makes it easy to come and go whenever you like. It just takes a few minutes to walk down to the harbour and the busy streets where you find a lot of nice restaurants and bars. There is also a big supermarket just a few minutes away by foot. We'd love to stay there again when in La Maddalena next time. Daniele is a very kind, serviceminded and a great host and everything with checking in and out went very fast and smoothly.
