For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect. It was perfectly convenient even without a car, so also appropriate for sustainable tourism. We arrived by train from Viena in almost 8 hours straight at Venice. Then a wonderful trip with the Vaporetto (1, 2 and 7 day passes all Vaporetto combinations to several islands and Venice included) to the island treporti. The appartment is by bike (possible to rent on the island) 10 minutes away from a really nice, long and gratis beach which is also perfectly suitable for kids because not deep at all and very calm water. A supermarket is also in 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes walking. The appartment had everything we needed inclusive washing machine, dishwasher, sunshade for the terrace, kitchen fully equipped. Demetrio and his mother were very friendly and helpful. They even picked us up with the car when we got lost because of going into the wrong bus in the night. A lot of bike paths nearby which drove us to the nicest places with the nicest sunsets:-). With the Vaporetto 15 minutes by foot away from the apartment we were in 15 minutes in very nice burano, in 50 minutes in Murano and in almost 1 hour in Venice. Venice is incredible nice but full of people, so for us it was perfect to stay in a much more peaceful place to go to relax after sight seeing and the ship experiences to go from one place to another also incredible!

The owner of the apartment and her brother were really nice and she had some really helpful recommendations for us. We loved the calm location of the apartment and the air conditioning. The garden is also a big plus.

We were warmly welcomed by Marina & Mario who provided us with all the necessary information, including timetables, maps, books and even power transformers, which we had forgotten at home. The accommodation was immaculate, comfortable and tastefully furnished making us feel right at home. Although we couldn't enjoy it due to bad weather, the beautiful, well-maintained little garden must be very pleasant to rest in late spring, summer and autumn The owners also provided toys and books for children. We're very happy to have found this accommodation which is highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend a few days in Venice and its surroundings. In conclusion, we are planning to go back in the future. Really helpfull host. Good location to visit Venice (first with bikes to vaporetto and than with vaporetto to Venice). Location near some restaurants and shop.

Very good contact with the owners; new apartment, very well equipped, with own garage; great location, close to the beach, many bicycle routes and good access to Punta Sabbioni (water bus to Venice)

Everything! - The apartment was beautiful, lots of natural light, very clean, lovely terrace, and furnished with absolutely all the amenities necessary - Excellent location close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, the beach (although we didn't visit, but will make it a point to visit the next time we stay!) - Easy to get around on foot or via public transport (the apartment is very close to bus stops which take you to the vaporetto stations in just a few minutes) - Liliana was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay and genuinely seems to care about her guests getting the most out of their stay! I'm already daydreaming about our next stay in Ca'Savio.
