The staff was friendly & informative. The comparison of what the hotel was like years ago when I lived i. Sonoma county as a child compared to now is mind blowing. They’ve done an excellent job renovating the property. The aesthetic is gorgeous. It’s well lit at night which made me feel super comfortable traveling alone with my kids. The complimentary coffee & breakfast was great. I honestly felt like I was staying in a studio apartment, but a hotel. The rooms were beyond my expectations.

Hummingbird Gardens is a one-bedroom apartment, with a large bedroom, closet, bathroom, living room with kitchen appliances tucked away. It has a microwave and a toaster oven, but not a conventional stove. The surrounding garden was showing the effects of a hot summer and drought, but the plants were well chosen and set off garden sculptures to perfection. I understand that there is a sauna, but did not use it.

No breakfast expected. It was a very handy location for us. The apartment is pleasant and the garden has beautiful, interesting flowers and other plants. The bed was comfortable.

I Love The Arthouse! I’ve only stayed twice & was able to have the same room both stays — just wonderful! The room is practically a studio apartment! I purchased breakfast & and was able to cook it there with the full, in-room stove.

So modern and clean! Great social area, and I enjoyed my rooms. I stayed in a studio one night, then booked an apartment for a last-minute decision to stay another night.

What a lovely find! The rooms were huge - like a 1 bedroom apartment. The coffee set-up in the room was very generous. Loved the huge pillows. Close to downtown and walkable.
