Featuring sea views, Residence ElFaracha provides accommodation with balcony, around 200 metres from Bou Jaafar. We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The residence was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The lady who met us was also helpful and kind. The bedding was fresh and extra towels and blankets were available. There was heating in the residence. It is located in a quiet area within walking distance of a beach. Thank you for a lovely stay!
