Well cooked breakfast with choice of how eggs done.... to perfection. Friendly conversation offered but in no way over bearing. Off street parking was excellent as well as location. Next door had some renovation work being done which will only improve the location over all.

Fantastic place with parking right outside the door. Close to town centre to walk. Lovely and warm considering how cold it was outside. Lots of tea/coffee and extras were appreciated. Would recommend for any couple to stay.

We stayed three days during a weekend. There are several rooms, a dining room, a bar and a sports room with pool table and darts. Saturday it was live music too. The room was lovely & clean, with an attractive seaside themed decor. We really appreciated the shared kitchen which was well equipped, and the little outside courtyard to relax in. Location was ideal, close to the promenade and the shops. We enjoyed a stroll round Locke Park, (15 minutes away) Would definitely book The Beaches again.BarbaraGroup
