Beautiful new place! We loved everything about this amazing apartment, the industial modern design, the fact that it's well located very close to the beach, and restaurants, in a nice garden where we had a private balcony. The beds are comfortable, we slept on the extendable sofa downstairs and our two kids in the bed upstairs and it was perfect. Vicky, the owner, is very nice and responsive, she made us feel very welcomed and she had very good recommendations for us. The generous parking is in the courtyard. We'll definitely come back!

Maria is a wonderful host. You don’t have to worry about anything. We checked in earlier and had a late check out of the room free of charge. Beautiful location, 10 steps from the beach, clean and new. The kitcen has eveything you need. In the garden there is a nice table , comrtable enough for everyone to sit. You have 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for the beach from Maria. And only in front of her apartments, you can use the sunbeds and ubrellas with only a drink. Another beach bars will take you from 15-20 euros for sunbed per person. Definitely recommend.

Perfect place for a families with a small child. The apartment offers everything that you might need. Baby crib was also available. It is very clean and well maintained by the host. All our requests were granted so nothing to complain for. Very welcoming and friendly host. The view form the apartment is also amazing. The village is very compact and has everything you might need. We stayed for a week and really liked the beach since it is very convenient for people with children since there is a lot of space and it is basically a few meters away from the apartment.

Dimitra and her family are so nice and friendly! The house is pretty new and we had everything to enjoy our stay in Kalamitsi! The green yard in front of the house is very well maintained. We received a basket with fresh vegetables from their garden. The central beach is very close but it`s very crowded in July and August. The good news are that the region is full with very nice beaches around and every day you could visit by car a new one!
