Spectacular views from an amazing location. A trip to Kefalonia would be worth just to stay here! The rooms are nice and basic, cosy and colourful, they have a nice touch! Everything is comfortable. The views are unbelievable: turquoise waters and Zakynthos in the distance. This place has a special soul, same as its owner, sweet Giorgia, so nice, kind and helpful. She wants to make every guest happy, chatting with her was so much fun. Besides that, the location is great, near the beach and lots of good restaurants. You can get there by bus, taking the Poros-Argostoli line and telling the bus driver to stop at Simotáta. But of course it's much better if you have your own transportation. We stayed here for a short stay for a friends wedding on Lourdas Beach. Hosts were absolutely brilliant! So friendly and approachable, couldn’t do enough to help us get around and feel settled. View from balcony was a perfect sea view! Best view we’ve ever had! Room is spacious and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Beaches are nearby - walkable if you are fit as hills very steep! We chose to get a taxi back and forth. 10 euros one way and easy to get taxis within a few minutes. There are a few bars and restaurants within an easy walk, as well as supermarkets and cafes for breakfast. This place is extremely good value for money and I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in the area!

Overall the experience was great. The room was clean and we had anything that we needed. The towels were changed around every 2-3 day and the room cleaned. Also when we arrived we found in the fridge wine, water and orange juice, which is very nice especially if you are to tired or lazy to go out right after the check in. The host was present at the location in every morning starting with 8.30. The location is has enough supermarkets and taverns at walking distance.
