Perfect disponibility of Milena, wonderful spirit of sharing, from food and wine to tips for visits in the region and personal ideas and stories. Light and spacious rooms. Villa Ave Kalu is all new and so very green surrounding, refreshing while being hidden from busy streets. Big Plodine supermarket very close by such as sweet Ika village and beach. Perfect situation to explore both sea and Uçka mountain area. Also feasible without car for those who like to walk and move!

The apartment was stunning, very spacious, well equipped, and super clean. It offered all the comfort one needs on holiday in a hot climate. The property surround is absolutely amazing, green and lush, with ample space to relax, including the outdoor jacuzzi, the magnificent view of the Adriatic from the large terrace, loungers, fruit trees, and the bbq. The hosts are a lovely, kind, and extremely helpful family, always so happy to give advice as well as offer personalised boat trips. We had a fantastic time - thank you, Lily & family!! Especially for the homegrown tomatoes and figs. Amazing property, service, and hosts. 🙂

Quick check-in, conditioner included in the price, a nice touch of grapes, dates, apples and a bottle of a house red wine on the table (and juice with water in the fridge). A small good-bye present upon checking out. No disturbance during the stay, but at the same time immediate response to our queries. Seaside 10 min walking distance.
