Our host was amazing and waited for us upon arrival. Our room was available earlier than expected and any help we needed we got an answer within minutes. The bed is big and comfortable and the room comes with its own fridge. The kitchen has anything you need to cook no need to buy salt or oil yourself. The outside area was lovely. Absolutely best stay on my trip so far.

Mi Casa is just a slice of paradise and we're so happy we found it and were able to stay there! Patricia is a fabulous host and the girls were always smiling and helpful. Our room was enormous and beautifully decorated, I cannot remember the last time I slept so well - the bed was so comfortable and the property is quiet as it is away from the commercial centre. The garden was so relaxing and we sat surrounded by lush tropical plants, we loved swimming in the pool and lazing in the spa, plus the outdoor kitchen was a real bonus and we cooked there most evenings. There is a huge supermarket nearby so it's easy to buy supplies and you have use of a fridge to keep your food and beverages chilled. Breakfast was provided and freshly prepared each morning, we felt so spoilt! Maria, the adorable little cat, was so super sweet and friendly, I loved having her company by the pool. Also, the other guests were all very nice people, so friendly, and happy to share tips on places to go or where to get good deals on scooter or car hire. Patricia is super helpful and even arranged scuba diving for us - it was so beautiful and Cozumel is famous for its pristine sea. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Secluded location away from the noisy city centre (you might want to rent a car or a buggy if you don't want to walk 20min). Felt like I was in nature most of the time. Friendly staff and cool amenities.

Sue (host) and neighbours Debbie and Li were all so helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing (made by Li). The location, although a bit on the edge of town (but near the sea) was perfect... Quiet and great places to eat in the evenings nearby. Actually greater than all the tourist places in the centre... The room was big and great facilities... Really great to have a big water bottle in the room. Private bathroom (see below) and proper bath tub in the other bathroom. And I really love Max the dog... All round Ace Place!!
