The place is quiet, clean and the treatment was exceptional. Located near all the tourist sites of Cabo Rojo. Everything was in excellent condition and completely clean. Their employees are friendly and helpful. Breakfast prepared at the moment and with a tremendous presentation and flavor. A quiet place in contact with nature. Great place for couple retreat.

We stayed two nights at Blue House Joyuda, and really enjoyed our stay here. The host greeted us at the gate with our keys, and was fantastic to deal with! The apartment was very clean and spacious with a private kitchen area separate from the bedroom. The pool area was wonderful - very clean, and peaceful. After visiting Buyé Beach, we stayed here on our first night. The next day we visited the Salinas in Cabo Rojo, along with Puente de Piedra and Faro Los Morrillos, as well as El Combate Beach before heading back for our second night at Blue House Joyuda. Across the street is a small little beach, that is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Just down the road is "Rock N Go" a great place to eat and have a drink. We definitely hope to spend more time here in the future!

The location is at an excellent part in Boqueron, Cabo Rojo just minutes walk to the beach and the Poblado (neighborhood). You can have a great time day and night in the immediate area without having to drive much at all for restaurants and entertainment.

Did not know that the lock had the code underneath the locking mechanism, but was resolved by the owner. Understandable about the hot water; took some getting used to but eventually resolved. House needed tissues. The owner was very patient when called to resolve other issues. I would recommend this location for visiting family members. For our family, the location was near to about 4 -5 family members in the Cabo Rojo area. Once familiar with the area, easy to get to local stores. If you are a foodie, you will find many eateries to enjoy local cuisine especially if you are familiar with the culture. Eating along the shore was a treat! Having water provided was a big plus.

It was perfect for a beach holiday. The beach is just 8 min walk away (and that’s my slow walk, I timed it walking with a beach chair on my back!). There are other amazing beaches in driving distance for variety. The place is perfectly equipped for self-sufficient holiday - beach chairs, cooler box etc. There is everything you need for cooking - all functioning, everything thought about. It feels like a lot of thought has gone into practicalities - it really is super user friendly and handy. I had planned to stay a week but changed my plans and stayed an extra week instead of looking for other places to just “change the scene” - there is a lot accessible in the driving distance, it’s a good base for visiting Playa Sucia (30 min) or even Crash Boat Beach (a little over an hour drive). The customer service is impeccable. Whenever I needed anything, I always got a reply in less than an hour, including on a Sunday. Top marks for this place!
