Breakfast was fine. All restaurants were exceptional - although the location of our table & the noise from the kitchen spoilt our anniversary meal. However, the management & staff “pulled out all the stops” to compensate for this ; & exceeded our expectations of them. Very well done. It is very gratifying to see a hotel management & staff put the interests of their guests so highly. Their reaction to our complaint was superb.

Nathalie and her husband Andrew are amazing hosts. Always ready to help (if you need anything, just WhatsApp Nathalie and she'll respond ASAP). The entire property, including the garden, is amazing and well-kept. Everything is extremely high-quality, from the construction to the furniture and other fittings. I would say it's a 4-star accomodation by European standards. It really exceeded all our expectations. Andrew also drives a taxi, so he can give you rides. We rented a car (Nathalie arranged it), so we only really needed a ride to the ferry jetty when we were leaving Praslin. The location itself is a bit of a downside, but if you have a car, that's not really a problem either because all the distances are very short. We loved our long chats with Nathalie and Andrew, and would definitely recommend their place to anyone that appreciates a premium type of accommodation at a price that's still very affordable.

This is hands down on of the best apartments in Praslin. Located in a beautiful neighborhood close to supermarkets and restaurants. It is clean and has a wide range of kitchen things. The hosts are friendly. Gilbert was so kind, he helped us rent a car. We will definitely return.

Super clean, big and comfortable rooms with a huge lounge, own kitchen (not shared) and a bathroom. All the cooking/kitchen facilities are new and working perfectly. Cindy is so beyond helpful, the best host that we ever had. The beach is not great for swimming, but it’s clean and perfect for chilling and tanning. BUT there are lots of beautiful beaches around. A lot of restaurants also around even tho the hotel itself is self catering.

Green, clean and perfect location if you are driving. Good facilities, super staff and overall what a wonderful place to stay. We just loved everything about the place and it made our experience in Praslin even better. Definitely staying again if we revisit Praslin. The help we got from property manager Maryvonne was a blessing, she went out of the way and helped us book our car, our day trip to nearby islands and also she booked us a spot with Anse Georgette that needs to be booked with Lemuria resort. Kamal who works there as a helper was friendly and he helped us with the laundry. The kitchen and all appliances in Kitchen were top notch and super clean just like home.

Ailyn, our host , is amazing and made our stay unforgettable. She is an excellent cook and is very friendly. Trying the dinner at the house is a MUST ;). the property is in front of the beach, easy to access, the house is fully equipped and has an outdoor jacuzzi !!

We really liked Ocean Jewels, although it was a very short stay. Elodie was so helpful before our arrival in helping find us a rental car. The room was huge with a living room, a nice terrace, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in our room and was of good quality. The staff were kind and helpful. We even had the possibility to take a shower before leaving the island. We highly recommend staying in Ocean Jewels..

Cozy and comfortable villa. All new and clean - kitchenware, beds, showers etc. Regular cleaning (special thanks to the lady). Owner is nice and kind - provided all requested - late check out, transfers etc. many-many thanks as well! Quiet area. We rented a car in Praslin - this is strongly recommended to fully enjoy your stay
