Set among native forests, directly on Paugus Bay, Birch Knoll is a family-run property overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee.

The room was clean and comfortable. The motel staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice view of the lake and I loved sitting out on the dock.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. A little home away from home that had everything we needed in a beautiful area. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future. It is immediately around the corner from Weirs Beach and all the activities there and close to many other interesting places to visit, hike, eat, etc.

The location was great. Although we only stayed for one night the apartment had everything you would need to accommodate a stay of a week or more. Two full bathrooms!! The view of the lake from the balcony is very nice. Just a minute up the road from Weir’s Beach and a few minutes more to grocery stores, Walmart and Bank of NH Pavilion.

I asked for a view room as it was our anniversary but they were booked. The front desk gave me a coupon for 15% off Dinner and two free mimosas for breakfast, instead. The housekeepers also put swan towels with rose petals on our bed. Which was very nice and unexpected. Great beach and beach bar by the river. Very good restaurant; great breakfast. Fun bar!

Room size, beds were comfy and located in a great location to go skiing. Looking forward to staying there during the summer.
