When we walked in we thought it was the reception to the building (as it's on the ground floor and has something of a feeling of a shop with the floor to ceiling windows etc), however very quickly realised it was indeed the actual apartment. Spotlessly clean, and felt luxurious to only have 2 of us staying when the apartment could quite comfortably sleep 6. Entry was very easy with the code provided, and parking is available just over the road in the small car park behind the K-Market. Would highly recommend for a trip to Savonlinna as it's in an incredible location just 5 minutes walk from Olavinlinna and the lakeside, but also easily accessible from the road.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.9 km from Savonlinna Train Station. the breakfast was delicious and one had choices. we purchased a take away lunch (croissant sandwiches) and it was very good. the hosts were very attentive and truly delightful! we hope to come back to visit.
