The staff was nice and helpful both in the reception and in the dining room.

Hotel Lillà is set on the banks of Lake Terlago, just 6 km from the city of Trento. It offers free private parking and panoramic views. A great small hotel in a beautiful location, only 5-10 minutes drive from Trento. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff are super efficient and hospitable. Rooms are spaious and comfortable with all needed facilities, and if you are in a higher floor the view is great. The small garden has a magnificent view to the nearby lake. Breakfast is delicious with very good variety and worth more than the 8 Euro they charge. Just to explain the hospitality level of this hotel, we initialy ordered a vacation in June and had to cancel a day before arrival due to infection in corona. Although it was already after the cancellation date and officially we were supposed to receive only a partial return, they were willing to return the entire payment. We were very happy to finally come there now in September, and hope to come again

GoTì Hotel is right in the heart of Torbole, 300 metres from Lake Garda. Each guest room features an LCD digital TV. Most have a panoramic balcony. We got there late afternoon and the receptionist was a darling. She explained everything and then told us that they had upgraded our suit from standard to luxury, with a tub in our room. It was amazing!! Definitely going back if visiting that area.

Beautiful room, very clean, comfy, we even got a free upgrade from economy room to a room with lake view Staff is friendly and helpful, and surely they have a great breakfast. Highly recommended!
