Breakfast was fantastic - better than hotel buffets, and the chef was super sweet and friendly. Freshly cooked eggs and bacon to your liking every morning. Lovely presentation of food. Location couldn't have been better, just across the road is the main ski lift. Rooms very clean and spacious - all very new! View was great - one way you looked it was mountains and the other was stables with horses :) Very friendly hosts too!

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and had a very lovely apartment with everything we could need. The breakfast was good and plentiful and would have had something for every taste. Staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned spotlessly by the time we returned from Breakfast each day. Location wise the hotel is right next to the main walking areas in Obergurgl so access was very easy.

The location is surreal, nestled between mountains in a valley and beside a mountain river. You can hear the water roaring as it comes down the slopes and enjoy mesmerizing views from the balconies and windows. The traditional alpine wood architecture of the building is also very alluring and cozy. Parking our car was also not a problem; many breathtaking hiking routes were nearby. The hostess was amiable and provided us with all the requisite information.

Very warm and friendly hosts. The kids had ski training and left very early each day. The owner made it a point to prepare breakfast early so the kids could leave at 7am. Very grateful.
