Have elevator and large equipment basement. 5 min from the Areitxpress gondola. 12 min from Kaprun cable car. 20 meters from the grocery shop. Perfect location. Ski bus station is very close (did not use but we walk there). Host is very helpful and will assist with all what you need. Parking is in front of the house. 10/10

Pension Mühle is a very clean and relaxed facility, it has a little spa area where guests can reserve just for themselves, a hot water pool in the backyard. The breakfast is prepared attentively with adequate selection of fresh foods. I asked the landlord to prepare the sofa as a second bed for us, we were 2 adults, and she provided this without any extra payment. I also asked a water boiler in the room and she provided it for us. She is willing to support the guests in any possible way. The price is very good for the offer. I would recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.
