The whole house was amazing. Really nice and comfy bedrooms and a lovely decorated house. Gordon was really helpful and nice to us and even lit a fire during breakfast to keep us warm. Breakfast was amazing, as the whole experience.

Set in Kings Meadows in the Tasmania region, A lovely studio in Kings Meadows offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property is around 5.8 km from Launceston Tramway Museum, 6.8 km from Country Club Casino and 29 km from Symmons Plains Raceway. The property is non-smoking and is situated 5.2 km from Queen Victoria Museum.

I had the pleasure of being in this studio recently and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, making me very much look forward to returning in the future. This is why I highly recommend the studio to fellow travelers: Perfect service: The staff here went to great lengths to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with thorough instructions on how to apply and a genuine willingness to assist. The level of professionalism and attentiveness shown by the staff is truly remarkable. They were quick to respond to any of my requests or questions, making me feel valued and well taken care of during my stay. Gorgeous room: My room was very simple and tidy. Everything is meticulously designed, with a cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident, from the luxurious linens to the high-quality amenities. The room was immaculately clean, the furnishings were both stylish and comfortable with a large tv. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in creating a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploration. Heating pads and heaters are always ready to serve passengers in the winter, which I can't believe. For a cheap price, they also supply cotton pads, manicure sets, microwave, and PERFUME bottle to get you ready to go. There is even a small swing for families with young children. Sadly I was too big for it and if you have a car there is parking ready for you. Convenient location: It is centrally located, allowing easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. It is in the foothills and trees like a Sydney visitor, the air here impresses me because it is so fresh. As far as I remember it was only a 6-minute walk to Coles and the shops and 10 minutes to Woolies, which was convenient. You can also take a bus to the main city very easily from here. Overall, better than what I would expect.

Location is excellent. Room is quiet and comes with coffee and tea with a packet of milk in the fridge. Parking is limited and we were fortunate to get one only when one was pulling out. A small fee (AUD6) for an overnight parking is probably the best rate available in the city center.

Boutique, quirky accommodation near to the city centre. Helpful & friendly staff, quiet surrounds and good facilities. We had asked for 2 rooms near to each other and we had our own private wing which was great. The accommodation was near to a park, supermarket, take aways, and roads in and out of Launceston.
