Anke and Niels were wonderful hosts -- and great cooks! The room was large and the bathroom was even larger. Dinner was exceptional (do try the Gentse waterzooi and the kaas kroketten), and breakfast was very good. A lovely old house with great details everywhere, with a very pleasant back garden (great for dinner in the summer). Overall a very good stay.

They even set up and iron/ironing board in my room since I was in town for a wedding and new my tuxedo would be crumpled. The room was extremely cozy/charming and immaculately clean plus the breakfast served in the morning is outstanding.
