The view over the Mediterranean and mountains was amazing. The area was a nice quiet residential area. Our hosts, Annie and Andre, were extremely friendly and outgoing and tried really hard to make us feel welcome. Annie made us a "French Breakfast" (for 7.50 Euros) which consisted of several kinds of bread and coffee or tea. Annie drew a "tour map" for us to follow. With her limited English, and our lack of understanding of French, the explanation took some time, but we figured out how to put it all in Google Maps and we enjoyed an awesome round-robin tour of the local sights including castle ruins and unique historical towns, etc.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The receptionist Darius was always very helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and equipped with everything needed (I didn’t really miss the TV). The supermarket right and the bus stop right next door also adds to the advantages of this place. For budget travellers, it’s a perfect match!!!
