Lovely and very spacious room, with good quality wooden furniture. The bathroom is big too with two sinks and a sizeable shower. The room has a kithen, but we didn't use it. The towels, tea and coffee are provided. The decor is very nice. The room has an A/C unit and is comfortable temperature. There is a lift, which makes it easier to get to the room with luggage. The hotel is inside the property that is a historic landmark in a process of restoration (Convent of the Carmelites). There is a tower you can go up which offers a great view of the city. The hotel is within a walking distance to the train station, but also just 4 minutes away from the central square and the Palace of the Archbishops.

The hostess was very nice and gentle and she waited for us to arrive although we arrived later than we were expected to due to the traffic jams. She asked us what we would like for breakfast the next day and she prepared it with love in a súper well decorated area. We will go back to hers next time we go to Narbonne with no doubt!
