Host Kathy was very welcoming and very accommodating throughout my stay. She checked in and tidied the space every day. A nice Continental breakfast was laid out each morning in the adjacent dining room. Location was perfect in relation to where my family live and it was easy for them to access to pick me up for days out. Location was close and in walking distance to the railway station and the Lexicon mall. Has the best walk in shower! Lots of hot water and great water pressure. I utilized the small fridge provided and the microwave. Good secure wi-fi and TV and lovely garden to sit in if you want to. The location is very quiet and the annex is light and bright.

Fiona was very helpful from the start, replying to my messages quickly. Lovely room complete with a fridge, microwave, iron, mini safe kettle and hot beverages. The bed was sooooooo comfy. All very clean. Being able to Self check in was great too. Definitely would recommend.

Room was basic but good. It was all the things that matter that made it a joy to stay. Comfy bed, Hot high pressure shower, warm fluffy soft towels and a wonderful Pub/Restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was an unexpected bonus.

Arriving was lovely, there was ample parking and the host was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was huge! Two huge double beds, massive amounts of storage, large table to eat at if wanted. The bathroom was enormous with a big shower and corner bath. Two sinks and, as my son called it, an infinity mirror. There was a fridge with fresh milk and three bottles of water. Tea, coffee and mugs, glasses, a kettle and microwave. The breakfast felt like staying with a good friend, homemade yoghurt, luxurious, eggs cooked to your liking and choices galore. Family run, everyone greets you with a smile. Good WiFi connection which stayed strong for my teenage boy. The area is lovely and quiet, lots of places to walk. Evening food is not available but with the table, a fridge and a microwave you can eat in the room. But we headed to Bracknell, less than 10 mins. Huge selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We headed to Legoland after a good night's sleep, 6 minutes away. A calm and glorious place to stay.
