From start to finish, Jane and Neil were so welcoming and made you feel so at home! They got my room ready early for me and let me meet their beautiful dogs. The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the beach and the town including the light house which I loved! Breakfast was lovely and it was like home from home.

The rooms had everything needed. Very clean. Bottled water tea coffee and biscuits in the room. Breakfast was hot filling and great choice. Vicky and, Mark are very friendly. Would definitely go back.

House was beautifully painted, very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, good choices. Our room was freshened each day. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very welcoming.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barns which is ideally located to explore North Norfolk, several National Trust sites in close proximity as are coastal towns of Cromer and Sheringham with Great Yarmouth only an hours drive away. The owners of The Barns made us very welcome and willing to have a chat with us at breakfast, there were plenty of choices for breakfast which were perfectly cooked and served.

Fantastic host, very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Large, clean bedroom and bathroom. Fresh flowers in every room a nice touch. Fresh milk to make a cuppa on arrival, also a nice touch, Large comfy bed. Excellent locally sourced cooked breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. Chocolate box country home with beautiful gardens. Excellent, safe parking.

clean, quiet, friendly staff. I was going to check out, but I got a horrific migraine and booked another night. I had to switch rooms (which isn’t a problem at all) and I waited patiently in the lobby. They went out of their way to make sure a room was prepared for me way before normal check-in time, and I didn’t even ask them to do that. It was very kind, and very much appreciated. You step out the front door and the sea is right there! wonderful stay.

Hosts were superb. Great food. Buzzing pub. Very quick to get people out on there curfew (Bar) so makes it easier and nicer to sleep at a suitable time. They provided great service throughout the whole stay!
