Nick offered a peasant experience in every way: shuttle to and from the late ferry, tasty breakfasts, a comfortable quiet room, lovely chats. He even let us use the charming guest area to give us a place to be/keep our luggage in the long wait between check out and ferry. So lovely to be regaled on the last day by Nicky's wife and son. Ba' is life! Our only regret was that we had booked tours before knowing that he offers guiding services!

Karrawa is a lovely home with a very comfortable guest room and an exquisitely appointed en-suite. Everything was so clean and Fyona was quite friendly snd welcoming. Our cooked breakfast was delicious. I wish we had been able to spend more time there.

I liked so much about my stay here. The location is walkable from the transit station and the town center, but if you have bags, it's a reasonable taxi ride. The room was extremely comfortable, and came complete with kettle, tea, coffee and assortment of biscuits; the bath had a local soaps (which were delightful). The breakfast was a great way to start out the day, delicious and filling, and with a lot of options. I recommend the salmon omelet.

I liked everything, very warm welcome, massive room, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room I stayed in had its own kitchenette, complete with cooker, microwave and fridge. Would highly recommend this place.

The location was good. The food was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. There was a lounge with games, sofas, and a large TV, but we were too busy to take advantage of it. Eric, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. He got us everything we asked for. The water was very soft, so only a small amount of soap or shampoo was needed. It didn't feel like we were intruding in someone's home. It felt more like a mini hotel with a fair amount of privacy for coming and going. Also, we had a ground floor room where we didn't have to drag suitcases up, which is hard being older adults. The stay was very enjoyable.

the location was fantastic, spotlessly clean, the bathroom was great with a powerful shower, and the hosting was outstanding. extra special attention was made to meet dietary requirements and we really appreciated that.
