Exceptional little place with a really wonderful team. Brilliant night’s sleep in a quiet room, and dinner & breakfast were to a high standard. The location is idyllic, you can walk to a pebble beach through public footpaths in around 29 mins or so, and the scenery is breathtaking.

The property is well located near to the centre for Newport with restaurants, shops and public transport all within easy walking distance. The hosts are accommodating and friendly. We found the rooms clean, thoughtfully equipped and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and made to order - a real highlight.

Nice and warm room, we were very satisfied. The breakfast was huge, you can customize it however you want. The location was great, it's 2 minutes from bus station from where all the buses go to different places on island.

There was no breakfast it was just a room for the night, booked at the last minute. The owner was cheerful and helpfully explained how to operate the room lock because I had not seen that type before. The bed was comfortable. I had eaten in the restaurant a couple of days before my stay and can heartily recommend a meal there.

The breakfast was superb I had to tell Agnes not to give me so much fruit ( couldn't eat it all) The cooked breakfast was very good and she remembered how my wife and I liked our eggs cooked, could not find fault at all. Our hosts Agnes and David were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.

This would have to be one of the best B&Bs with really friendly staff, good food and lovely surroundings. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Close to Newport and several local attractions.
