Overall the quality of comfort and food exceeded my expectations by miles. The welcome is warm, the ambiance soothing, the service professional. The cold breakfast platter was generous and delicious (perfect smoked salmon and avocado during my stay. Wonderful rustic bread and good coffee in a press). The bathroom adjoining the twin room is small yet thoughtfully designed and luxuriously appointed. I felt that every comfort need was anticipated and met, or more. A nice pub is just a 5-min walk away.
