Really nice cosy house. Perfect for young traveler’s on a budget. So perfect that they have a kitchen so that you can cook & save money. Beds are also super comfortable & they keep the place lovely and warm. Staff are super friendly and helpful, highly recommend this place!

Everything, and I mean everything, is absolutely superb 😍 stayed here for 6 nights for my Mum’s 65th birthday (Valentines Day ❤️) The Guesthouse is sparkling clean, neat, warm and cosy! And Áslaug is the absolute best host EVER!! Her baking and cooking skills are absolutely outstanding! There is ample (changing) breakfast every single day - enough for even a pack-away lunch! To give you an idea: - Yogurt parfaits 🫐 - Fruit 🍎 - Freshly baked bread and rolls 🍞 - An assortment of Cold meats - A selection of only the best Cheeses 🧀 - Baked goodies 🤩 - Omg, the list goes on and on… Áslaug is always available via the app, and really accommodated our wishes! Ps. The neighbours are great..the President of Iceland ☺️ If you are thinking of booking here; PLEASE DONT HESITATE - book right away! 🕰️ Iceland 🇮🇸 stole my heart 🫶🏽

property was very close to town center and many attractions . Beds were very comfortable and self service breakfast was fab . Tea coffee and small kitchenware available to microwave a meal . host was lovely man who helped with anything we asked and house was always well heated and warm as was the water for showers

I liked how close the guesthouse was to everything, such as the church and also the sea, so you have nice views when going to it. The guesthouse itself was really nice too, and I had a great and comfortable stay. You have a communal kitchen that can be used, which made the stay a lot better for me since I was mainly buying food and keeping it in the fridge. The other people who are staying there are really nice too (the staff I don't know, I didn't run into them).

EVERYTHING! you can't beat the location, right in downtown Reykjavik but far enough so you don't get noise. The place is super clean and cozy, my room was pretty small but it didn't feel like it, I had to work from my computer that afternoon and I set up at the desk with a lovely view from the window. Breakfast is basic but good. I like that you can check-in by yourself. For some reason I didn't get the email with my pin code, but I called the number on the booking and they were SO nice and quickly sent me the info. I don't think you'll get a better stay for this price, it's worth every krona! I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Iceland.
