I stayed here for a night. The B and B is in a great location and within easy reach of the main places to see in Brescia. My room was a good size and clean and had air con. Breakfast was self-service and there was a great selection of food on offer and a coffee machine. Gaetano was really friendly and happy to give suggestions on what to see in Brescia. I would stay here again.

the host was super sweet, messaged me the day before with instructions and how to reach the property and to see if we had any food allergies. in the morning the hostess greeted us with a lovely smile and assisted us as needed. the room was clean and the bed was commutable, the bathroom was moder, spacious and clean. would definitely stay there again and would tell anyone about the property if they would be in the area.

Nestled down a typically Italian narrow street, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The owners of the rooms were lovely and welcoming (they live nearby). The accommodation is a short walk from Metro stop (Trattoria) and many restaurants and bars are all within a short walk. Breakfast vouchers are provided and we used them in both the recommended cafes. It was lovely to sit and soak up the atmosphere, having breakfast and watching the world go by. Brescia is a hidden gem in our opinion.

The location is ONE block from the railroad we traveled on, and just across the street from ALL the bus lines, city and intercity --- but the window shutters keep the rooms QUIET. The host was eager to provide Everything we needed for a perfect visit to Brescia and the Lake Garda region --- he made the visit an unexpected delight.
