The location is in a really remote and quiet area. This brings an super feeling of relaxation. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, that we want to visit again for sure.

Good location, close to Orvieto but away from the busyness for the town. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Superb pool. It’s our second stay and we will go back :-)

Laura is lovely and very welcoming. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. You need a car to stay here, quick trip from Orvieto and the pool is brilliant. Great value for money, would recommend.

Liked the tranquille location in Umbrian countryside. The pool is really small, but sufficient to chill after the whole (very hot) day of sightseeing. Liked chatting with the host about this & that. 3 dogs. One very friendly black Cocker Spaniel and 2 white ones (don’t know the breed), out of which one is a real watch dog, and the other one is quite timid, but we befriended the next morning.

The accommodation was a little house on the side of a hill with great views of Orvieto and the countryside. The house had good food supplies, and they provided a special dessert for us. The rooms were comfortable. They can also arrange a hot tub. The surrounding countryside is good for walking, with views of Orvieto in the distance. There is a safe grass area for playing with small children. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was a beautiful location to see this part of Italy.

La Rosa di Orvieto is a place you arrive and immediately feel at home. You got everything you need, a kitchen, great shower, perfectly working aircon. The most outstanding thing however is the family operating it, believe me its better than staying with friends. The are so available to helping you and making the most of your stay. I feel so lucky I chose this place for my vacation!
