We had dinner and The 1Kilo Porterhouse T-bone steak was one of the best steaks of my life.. Next time we want to try the pizza. The mountain views were amazing and the air was fresh. Lake Garda was about an hour away. Lots of hiking and Mt biking nearby too.

It was so much more than we’ve expected: Comfortable bed, nicely decorated room and dining area which gave a wonderful experience living in a mountain house, copious breakfast with eggs from home-groomed poultry farm, and especially the extra services we received out of the host’s generosity! For instance, the host offered to walk our dog while we went snowboarding and also welcomed us back with home-made apple and raisin fritters, to the kids’ delight! The sauna place is just incredible; located outdoors facing the river and the pine trees, it is heated with firewood and has music integrated inside the cabin. The attention to detail, the service quality and not to mention the pure hospitality of the host makes this an unforgettable and very pleasant holiday for the whole family. We’re definitely coming back and probably quite often in the future.
