Despite humid and cold air outside, room was very well heated. Breakfasts in the form of buffet (everything was fresh) with an optional cup of coffee. The personnel extremely kind and interested in your plans. Bathroom was tidy and perfectly clean. Separate place for drying skis and skiboots. Cosy appartment perfectly located in rural area of Niederdorf/Villabassa. The room with maps and receptionists allowed us to plan our cross-country skiing routes. In the last day we could admire calm and beautiful winter scenery through panoramic windows from the breakfast room. The room well and conveniently furnished. The photos on Web page correspond with current state of the room and bathroom. Very close to the restaurant, Niederdorf centre and ski rental point.

The location is amazing, 10 minutes away from Lake Brais. There is a delicious restaurant in the Hotel. Christian the guy in the reception also in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful special thanks to him 🫶🏻 We like it so much and we will be back there ☺️
