Had to use grab to get there since airport bus was discontinued. Location was near to Suria Sabah, five minutes on foot, downstair is the famous bak kut teh (didn't accept TnG) and Keng Wan Hin (accepts TnG). Most shops accepts touch and go (TnG) payments. Receptionist counter was on 1st floor (enter entrance using doorbell or card) & room was on 2nd floor (enter entrance using card). The staircase is public area. Payment was cash, no credit card accepted, had to give identification card during check in. The male receptionist has a room for himself just next to the entrance. The sitting area is as advertised. There is a brochure section on paid tours. Wifi password is on counter. 1st floor: kitchen, balcony with potted plants and toilets. Room was spacious for 2 people, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 ceiling fan. Towels, hangers, big hanging rack, a big cubicle cupboard, 1 unit of 3 compartment 3 pin plug, 1 tall rotating fan were provided. No mirror, no bible & no direction arrow for Muslims to pray. The 2nd floor has 2 or 3 additional rooms, saw advertisement on monthly rental. There is a sitting room as you enter the 2nd floor. The 2 sitting toilet with toilet paper (on the left), 2 shower room (on the right) are opposite each other, separated on each corner and are located in the balcony where linens were hung & washing machine. Only 1 hot shower room to turn on and turn off after used. No soap & shampoo. 1 wash basin has mirror. Breakfast was sufficient with bread, fruit jam, toaster was available, supermarket bought cupcake plain flavour & red dragon fruit slices. Cups, utensils, plates have to self wash after used. Has fridge but freezer not cold, not sure if there is microwave and or stove. Couldn't find knife. Definitely saw rice cooker, cup mee & many different sauces in the cabinet. He did say can make coffee and tea anytime but not sure where are the coffee and tea packets.
