The room was equipped with everything we needed, as well as a jacuzzi and a fireplace. It was great value for money. Calm and quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Our kid loved the little zoo with goats, chickens, peacocks, rabbits etc. There are geese and birds everywhere. Very close to İznik center, famous for its tiles, where one can buy souvenirs for a reasonable price. Will definitely visit again.

The rustic architecture and natural surroundings made it feel like an invigorating open-air museum. The private pool and backyard were fantastic, and I loved that pets were allowed. Great location, easy walking distance to the sites and main street. Also, the lake front and the promenade is 50m from the hotel. Basic but functional room. A little spartan but all you need is there, without any frills. Cleanliness. Good value for money. Good Turkish breakfast.
