Very clean room and private. Additionally, because my flight would leave early on Sunday, they left breakfast in the fridge on Saturday night. Phillip and Junell were brilliant hosts.

Only 300 metres from Mullaloo Beach, this beautiful, modern B&B has breathtaking ocean views from the outdoor deck. Everything. Location. The place itself. And Karen, the host, is the most honest and trustworthy person. Really loved to stay here. I will definitely return.

Ascot on Swan Bed & Breakfast, an air conditioned property with beautiful picturesque river walks, Gloria Jeans’ coffee and café facilities and a fresh food trading company & convenience store within... A great place to stay even if you're not taking a flight or coming back from one! Evelyn and her husband couldn't have been more helpful and the rooms were excellent. An easy bus ride into Perth city and obviously very close to the airport but amazingly really quiet!

The property was large and very private. Large space with facilities to make a simple breakfast and have tea in the evenings.
